Which information applies
Only the conditions published with official registration and the latest version of these rules apply to November Run Gevgelija 2026. Categories, prices, deadlines, start times, awards and limits from previous editions do not automatically apply to 2026.
Personal responsibility and health
Every participant starts at their own responsibility and should realistically assess their health and physical readiness for the selected race. Participants must follow guidance from the organiser, judges, technical officials and medical team.
Course safety
Running without headphones is recommended for safety. Unauthorised companions on bicycles or other vehicles are not permitted. Refreshments may be taken only in designated zones, and participants must follow the published course and signs.
Sporting and respectful conduct
Respect for participants, volunteers, spectators and public space is expected. Hate speech, discriminatory messages, abusive or unsafe conduct may result in refusal of participation, suspension or disqualification.
Registration, bib and timing
A registration will become valid under the terms of the official 2026 registration system. Race-pack collection, identification, bibs, chip timing, transfer and change terms will be published before registration opens.
Minors and the Kids Race
A parent or guardian must consent and responsibly assess participation by a minor. The 2026 age groups, distances, start waves, accompaniment rules and awards will be published only after official confirmation.
Run Together
Run Together is an inclusive, non-competitive community event, including people with visible or non-visible disabilities and their companions. Exact packs, companion conditions and accessibility arrangements will be published with registration and the operations plan.
Photography, cancellation and changes
Photography and video may be created at the public sporting event; the detailed notice will form part of registration and the Privacy Policy. Cancellation, transfer, force-majeure and refund terms will be published with registration and in the separate Refund Policy. The organiser may update the rules when required to run the event safely.
