When registration is active, we process purchaser contact, participant data, selected race/pack, required consents, and order/payment status. Necessary parent or guardian information is processed for minors. The contact form processes information you voluntarily send.
Why we use it
Contact-form data is used to answer, provide organisational support and resolve the specific request. Technical data is used for security, reliability and abuse prevention. We will not use it for another incompatible purpose without an appropriate basis or consent.

Registrations and orders are processed by the November Run system. Payment uses the selected bank or processor’s hosted page; card numbers and CVV are never received or stored by this application. Registration is confirmed only after verified server-side payment confirmation.
Retention and user choice
Information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose, security and applicable obligations. You may request information, correction or review of deletion through the official contact. If you do not agree with the policy, do not send personal information through the form.
